Customers and Contacts

Venture Tracker provides 3 additional tables for general use: customers, contacts and customer_introductions. If you organise events where you invite corporates to meet the companies within your program, or you have partnerships with other organisations that you wish to track, then these are the tables for you.

The tables have a hierarchy - customers are the entities and contacts are the individuals within those entities. Of course, you can change the vocabulary in the interface if you’d prefer them to appear as partners or another term.

The customer_introductions function allows you to track interactions with status types and notes. This is in addition to other forms of tracking, such as huddles, if you use them.
